Selected account research

Keep the literal record beside kitchen accounts your team already supports.

A source-dated review workflow for commercial refrigeration and food-service equipment teams. It narrows retained official inspection records to the cold-holding, cold-storage, and refrigeration text the named publishers actually provide—without converting a historical row into a repair claim.

01 · ACCOUNT

Use facilities you know.

Start with a small set of food-service locations your team already supports or is authorized to review.

02 · TEXT

Keep the publisher text intact.

The matching boundary is the literal source wording—not a trade label, diagnosis, or predicted service task.

03 · DATE

Read it with its date.

Keep the issuing agency, inspection date, and later publisher history together before any account follow-up.

The source, exact term boundary, and current collection receipt remain visible together.

Check source fit before setup

Paste a CSV with address, city, and state columns. An optional exact facility_name can only narrow a shared-address match. The list remains in this browser until you explicitly choose to import it after sign-up.

What happens after setup

The first successful scan sets a historical baseline. If property email alerts are enabled, a later successful collection can notify the selected account only when it retains a newly collected matching publisher row carrying the same literal-text boundary.

What stays with the publisher

Agency context, inspection date, and source text remain visible. Confirm facility identity and any consequential current information with the issuing agency and responsible facility team.
