A source-dated review workflow for commercial hood, exhaust, and grease-service teams. It filters retained official inspection records to the narrow publisher text the sources actually provide—rather than turning general restaurant records into a service claim.

The first successful scan sets a historical baseline. If property email alerts are enabled, a later successful collection can notify the selected account only when it retains a newly collected matching publisher row carrying the same literal-text boundary.
Agency context, inspection date, and source text remain visible. Confirm facility identity and any consequential current information with the issuing agency and responsible facility team.
