Set up a focused building list
Portfolio users can upload a UTF-8 CSV with up to 100 selected properties using address, city, and state columns. An optional nickname helps your team recognize the building.
Each row is checked against the currently supported-city inventory. Unsupported, incomplete, and duplicate rows are reported instead of being silently monitored.
Download the CSV template to prepare a valid list before setup. Its example rows are placeholders; replace them with buildings your team is authorized to monitor.
Keep the boundary clear
A matched public record is not a complete property inspection, a legal conclusion, a resident-screening signal, or proof that a case remains unresolved. Source fields and publication timing differ by jurisdiction.
Confirm market fit before setup
Review a city's source and newest available record before relying on the workflow. Where a public source publishes owner or mailing fields, Portfolio shows that context alongside the record; it does not establish responsibility or contactability.
