Selected-account source guide

Keep Florida DBPR inspection context beside the food-service account file.

A source-dated research workflow for commercial pest-control teams reviewing Florida food-service facilities they already serve or are authorized to review.

Official publisher

Florida DBPR Division of Hotels and Restaurants · current fiscal-year district inspection snapshots · last successful ViolationNet collection: 2026-09-18

Open DBPR public records ↗
01 / SELECT

Start with an account you already serve.

Add only facilities your team manages or is authorized to review. This workflow is not a statewide restaurant directory or prospect list.

02 / REVIEW

Keep DBPR category receipts intact.

Read the inspection date, disposition, publisher counts, and any non-zero post-2013 DBPR category labels together. ViolationNet preserves the publisher’s category text; it does not infer a current condition, service need, or facility priority from it.

03 / PUBLISHER CONTEXT

Use the exact category, not a guess.

For example, DBPR labels category 35 “No presence or breeding of insects, rodents, or pests; outer openings protected.” That receipt is historical source context for the inspection date—not a conclusion about what is happening now.

04 / VERIFY

Use the responsible process.

Confirm consequential information with DBPR and the responsible facility team before making any operational decision.

Preview your selected Florida accounts.

Test up to ten facilities before trial. The preview returns only a private source-match receipt; it does not retain the pasted account list or turn public records into outreach data.

Open selected-account monitoring

For a narrower selected-account review limited to DBPR post-2013 category 29 or category 36 publisher receipts, use the Florida restaurant facilities account workflow.

Commercial kitchen-service teams reviewing facilities they already serve or are authorized to review can use the selected-account service workflow. It uses the same named official sources and does not create a prospect list or a service-need conclusion.
